What sizes does the toiletry bag come in?

Large measures about 8 × 4 × 4 inches and XL about 9.5 × 4.5 × 4.5 inches. Both are made from Crazy Horse leather and can be engraved with initials.

What leather do you use?

Genuine leather, much of it full-grain Crazy Horse leather: a waxed leather that darkens and develops a patina as it is used. Small marks and color variations are part of its character, so no two pieces are identical.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and every order ships with tracking. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to Canada and the US; express shipping is available at checkout.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized pieces are made to order, so they can't be returned. Items without personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48–72 hours with photos and we will make it right.
