Choose an engraving option on the product page and type your text in the personalization box: a name, initials, a date or a short message. For a logo or artwork, choose the logo option where it is offered and we'll email you for your file after you order.
Yes. Journals, passport holders and camera straps have a logo option, and we can add a logo to knife rolls and other pieces on request. Tell us where you would like it, front or inside, and send a clear logo file.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and every order ships with tracking. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 to Canada and the US; express shipping is available at checkout.
Personalized pieces are made to order, so they can't be returned. Items without personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48–72 hours with photos and we will make it right.
